FAQ

How long does the day run? You can expect to be with us for approximately three to four hours, including the demonstration, branding session, discussion, headshots and networking over drinks and canapés.

How many spots are available? This is an intentionally intimate event. Spaces are strictly limited to ensure every attendee gets a genuine, personalised experience.

Is this for beginners or experienced artists? Both. Whether you are just starting out, returning after time away, or already running an established bridal business, the day will meet you where you are.

Do I need to be a bridal MUA specifically? Not necessarily, but the content is bridal and beauty -focused, so you will get the most out of it if bridal is an area you work in or are moving towards.

What is included in the ticket price? Your ticket includes the full day masterclass, your professional headshot session, all education content, a goodie bag, and drinks and canapés.

What should I wear for my headshots? Wear something that speaks to the type of client you want to book.

Will I receive the content afterwards? Yes, photography and any supporting materials will be shared with you following the event.

Will I need to bring anything? We recommend bringing your phone. No kit needed.

Can I attend both the Everyday Beauty and Makeup Artist sessions? Yes! If you'd like to attend both sessions, you're welcome to grab a ticket for each. They are separate events designed for different audiences with entirely different content across both.

If I came to the 2025 event, will this be different? Yes, vastly! While the 2025 event was designed for our everyday makeup wearers, this Artistry masterclass has been built  with an entirely different focus. Specifically designed for makeup artists who want to build a personal brand and grow their artistry into a recognisable, sustainable business. The content, demonstrations, and discussions are completely new, so even if you were with us last year, it will be a totally experience.

Is this a one-off event? This is an exclusive one time event with limited tickets.

What is the refund or cancellation policy? We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to the intimate nature of this event.
